I lived at James Court for about 6 months. I had an issue with my roommate, so I ended up moving out. However, in the time that I was there - they showed us the best model they had, and when we moved in we found out we had no carpeting in the bedrooms. The cabinets were pretty crappy, but there was a lot of space. I had mold on my window - the painters came to paint over it and even THEY said to me "This is unhealthy... you should get some money knocked off your rent." I agree with another reviewer - you leave a message at the main office and no one gets it! I had to call 3 times before anything was done about my window, and even then it didn't get fixed properly. At the time of move out, they did work with me on it, and I finally got my way. You have to fight to get your way with these people. Getting a good lawyer always helps! One girl in particular at the main office is a completely snob and acts like she doesn't want to hear anything you have to say. However, there is one girl who seems like she actually cares. Personally, I would never live at a Mason Properties complex ever again. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention - you can hear EVERYTHING the people above/below you do! And be sure to get a parking spot before dark or you'll be parking in front of another building - tenants even take up the guest spaces, so forget having a guest being able to park by your building.

One more point to consider - EXTREMELY HIGH electric bill!
