OK, but problems with bugs, noise and price - Pros: For the most part my stay (1 year) was ok. The management was helpful and kind for the most part. They kept the parking lots clear in the winter, and whenever I needed something fixed it was fixed within a reasonable amount of time. I was always able to find reasonable parking.
