If you like quiet living, this is not the place for you. I've lived here for close to 4 years, and I can't wait to move out. Parking is lousy, and visitor lot is always full. Loud music and people running up and down the stairs are a daily occurence. "Security" is virtually non existant. If you have a noise complaint after hours, you have to call the police. And then let the management know the next day. They "make a note of it" but nothing ever happens. Garbage usually litters the hallways, and maintenance takes weeks to clean it up. The pool which was included in the rent was filled in last year, and they built a building on top of it. Signs out front still advertise the pool. The tenants here are slobs, and be sure to check out the sex-offender list for zip code 60115 at http://www.isp.state.il.us/sor/ and see who is living here!
