I'd have to say its okay. Parking is horrible, and the "new" management is nice. Its very very quite compared to places like greek row and hillcrest. The only thing that has been annoying is all the damn crickets, so i suggest a second floor apartment. I get "visitors" about three times a week. The laundry room too small for all the tenents, but other than that its decent. its good for your money!
