I have been living here for a about 6 months. Overall it is a great place to live. There is a cricket problem when it is warm, but if you spray your cornors with bug spray you won't see them, unless there in the hallway. Other than them I haven't seen any other bugs. I have free heat, water, and trash, and my electric bill is no more than 30 bucks a month. Management is quick to fix any problems that I have ever had. They do slack on shoveling the walkways clearly, and if you come in to late you'll have to park on the street, but other than that I really like it. As far as the noise level it is quiet. I hear the train more than I hear anyone else. The walls are pretty sound proof here and the only time you can hear in someone elses place is if your in the hallway. I so recommend it!
