I have been living here for the past two years...there is nothing terribly wrong with the apartments...I had a bad neighbor for about 6 months who would blast the music in the middle of the night other than that the management is good...the people at the office are nice too...they do an annual check up of the apartment but they notify you in advance of that....but they definately need to upgrade the refrigerators and heating systems in the apartment....it's nothing major but there is always a leakage in our frig and this winter was sooo cold that the apt heating system wasn't enough and we had to buy a new heater from walmart...there is also a slight bug problem during summer...but everything is bearable (as per me).....but they do need to upgrade their appliances...
