Not only are these apartments built extremely well, but the realtors are also very nice and relatively easy to deal with. In our time at Ellwood View, my husband and I never had a maintenance problem, a bug problem, or any other problem for that matter. When we needed to move out early and sublet, Century 21 Elsner (the owners) actually found a subletter for us at no charge at all. They set up the entire sublet process and only needed us to turn in the keys. I highly recommend renting from Century 21 Elsner and also living in the Ellwood View Apartments. Compared to the other awful renting possibilities and horrible landlords in De Kalb, this place is an absolute God-send.
