Management team is very fair, and they respond in reasonable time to requests for repair. Very nice that washer/dryer is in each apartment, but on the other hand, especially if you're in the basement, the apartment can get very humid and mildew starts to grow in places, forcing you to clean it whenever you can. Other than that, compared to what you could run into, not bad at all.
