You may want to avoid Mason Properties - The manager of Ashbury Court has been nothing but helpful, polite, and nice. She always seems very friendly when we see her. However, the complex is owned by Mason Properties, and apparently Mr. Mason is an incredibly extreme conservative Republican. Excellent. - I spent two years living in a one-bedroom apartment here. The short of it is: I can't imagine doing better. It's a great place. Good parking, good location, plenty of appliances, clean, and above all: a very helpful staff. I'd have to say its okay. Parking is horrible, and the "new" management is nice. Its very very quite compared to places like greek row and hillcrest. The only thing that has been annoying is all the damn crickets, so i suggest a second floor apartment. I get

One of the best in DeKalb Management team is very fair, and they respond in reasonable time to requests for repair. Very nice that washer/dryer is in each apartment, but on the other hand, especially if you're in the basement, the apartment can get very humid and mildew starts

Ok Space The apartment itself is very spacious. I have a had difficulties with getting repairs. The heat in both my bedrooms has been broken for 6 months. The noise level varies as does the condition of the common areas. It seems like a very high turn over rate by a number of not great tennants

Do not move into these apartments! These apartments are extremely small, overpriced, old and dirty. I would not recommend anyone with children to move into these apartments as they are a hazard to small children´s health.

Good place to live I am very satisfied living at the Ellwood View Apartments. If I ever have a maintenance issue (which is minor and rare), all residents have the cell phone number of the super who comes right out within a day or two. The building is very quiet, unlike a lot of apartments

Ok apartments I have been living here for the past two years...there is nothing terribly wrong with the apartments...I had a bad neighbor for about 6 months who would blast the music in the middle of the night other than that the management is good...the people at the office are nice too...they do
