I know someone who use to live here. Great place. Meadow with deer almost outside the door, lots of parking, close to hospitals and the U but at the end of a cul de sac in a residential area so no sirens or other "urban" noise problems. Manager seemed pretty friendly, seems to keep the place nice. If I end up moving to Decatur for work, I'll probably move here. Rents are within my range (unlike some), and nice little balconies to hang out on after work, too.
