We have been here about a year and a half and our neighbor upstairs
had her brother move in with her. He is nuttier than a fruit cake.
He sits outside our bedroom windows and talks to himself all day and all
night long. He also would sit outside our windows and smoke, smoke, smoke.
When we calle the office the maintenance staff told him he would have to stop
it and go out to the road or patio to smoke. Seems to have worked.

The place is not that bad - the neighborhood is a little to close to the ghetto
but for the price its not bad.
