I recently stayed in this appartment and my strong recomendation to all of you would be to never ever think of moving to this property. Office members are liers. They say one and do other. Property is old and need repair every other day. If you will report emergeny there are high chances that no one will show up for weeks.
I had to live without water for 3 days just after entering the appartment.
If you have kids don't even think of this property because they have used led paint.

Reply to 3/13/09. I feel as though I must disagree with this previous review and inform those who read these reviews the truth about Woodcrest apartments. I have lived in this apartment buliding for almost a year and have never been happier. This apartment building is very spaceous and offers a pool, fittness center, and new playground. This is a great area for children because of the Argenta Oreanta school district. Also the fact that this appartment is one of the few in Decatur that allows pets. I feel vey safe and welcomed in my apartment building. And this last message is for everyone to know that Woodcrest does not use lead based paint. While you fill out your application to apply for the apartment there is an entire page that goes into great detail on how this apartment complex does not use lead based paint. I love this apartment complex and would not choose to live in any other apartments in Decatur!
