This apartment complex is one of the nicest in Decatur. The staff has treated me nicely so far and I feel very safe. I've lived here for almost two years. The property is older and in need of some repair, but the amenities are great, and I can have my dog and cat here. The girl in the office is very nice and even watches them for me when I'm out of town. Parking is never an issue,and I've never had complaints about any of my neighbors.
