Lived there as a commuter for 4 1/2 years I commuted to Decatur during the week (from Chicago) for 4 1/2 years and stayed at Twin Oaks the entire time. I had a good experience and as such never considered an alternative. Clean apartment, competitive rate, very attentive management.
