This place is incredibly close to campus (3 minutes to dusable). It is owned by Mason Properties and they do a pretty good job. The maintenance response time is pretty good and they're friendly. Mr. Mason came out himself one night for falling plaster on the outside. The two bedroom apartments are supposed to be newer, but I don't know because I have a one bedroom (seperate sides of the building). It is a little older but in pretty good shape. You can tell that some things were chosen based on price alone (ie the cabinets). One problem is parking but only sometimes. The tow truck needs to come around more often. But overall, the few negative points are worth it for the location and price.
