This was a great place to live.
Pros:
-3 minute walk to class
-Burger King and McDonalds next door (maybe a con haha)
-Affordable
-Quick repairs
-They don't check for pets
Cons:
-No free visitor parking (and sometimes you have to call towing when people park here for class).
-Crappy "ON/OFF" heat wastes money b/c you can't set the temperature.
-I can hear people ordering Burger King in the summer when my window is open.
