NEW MANAGER Fountains has a new manager and he is great! It is such a huge difference from before! The new guy is really nice and very organized. I am so happy that they got him here. Repairs are happening faster and the whole place seems different. I was going to move, but things are great

Staff - Polite, Proactive, No oppurtunists
Clean - Not much wild life
No BUGS
Have not heard of any robberies in the area
