Not sure what this person is talking about. For me, parking is great. I have no problem finding a spot everyday right next to my apartment. I've called maintenence one time in a year and a half, and my rent only went up $30 when I renewed. Yes I do hear my neighbor flushing their toilet, and showering.. but this is an apartment, not a house. Where would this person like the water to go, out the side of the apartment so nobody else hears the water flowing? For this area, I challenge any apartment to match the quality of Bristol Club!

I agree with the reply. Bristol Club was a great place to live. I would've had to listen extremely carefully to hear my neighbors at all. Our rent went up by only $50 on renewal. Not too hard to deal with.
Buy some Drano for the water pipes... they don't magically unclog themselves.

I completely disagree with this review. I LOVED living here and was sad when we left (company relocation). The staff was nothing but professional and maintenance was always responsive. We did have trouble with our toilet running, but it was always immediately fixed. The parking was GREAT. It was rare that I had to park more than 5 or 6 spaces from my front door. Lease termination is expensive everywhere. That's why they tell you about it when you sign your lease in the first place. The Bristol Club is a fantastic place to live.
