I lived here for 5 years and it was horrible. The only reason I stayed so long was that the area is a good one. I dealt with racist neighbors, careless maintenance men, extremely annoying landlord, a "click" of neighbors who act as if they own the property. The pool was dirty and had a dog with a bandana swimming in it. Garbage was always extremely full. If my child laughed to loud the neighbors would call the police. Getting any help from Heda (property manager) was a joke it would take weeks for a response. Rent was high based on how ugly and old the apartments were. Maintenance men are thieves so make sure you are home and awake when they are in your apartment.
