Caution do not rent an end unit apartment!! I currently have an end unit apartment that is next to a fire sprinkler room. Over the last few months a generator or compressor turns on shaking the entire side of the building and causing a very load noise. This occurs all hours of the night and day.

Nice Place to Live I moved in about 5 month ago. I came from 21 Kristin place in Schaumburg. That place was horrible! This place is very nice. My place is very Quite and I get compliments every time someone visits. Lots of room. Rents a little high, but you have to pay to stay away from

I really enjoy living here We are a family with children and we really like it here. We met nice people, the staff is always helpful for now. The only little thing missing is some swings for the kids but I guess that a question of insurance for the community

WATCH OUT FOR LOOPHOLES The place is superficially nice. Nothing is meant to hold up except with the upmost care. And watch out for the loopholes in your lease. They write in various clauses to make you owe when you move out... even when your are simply moving out at the end of your lease.

Horrible! You will end up signing your life away. The noise is terrible. The ponds make the grounds unsafe for children, yet the managment is WORSE! They look for any thing to charge you for, no exceptions and raise the rent everytime. The staff is unkind and evil.

Look elsewhere! For the second night in a row I've been woken up by loud music coming from someone sitting in their car. This happens almost every weekend! If you complain to management they sound sympathetic but won't do anything about it. We can't wait to leave.

I love it! I live her and well for the last guy about parking.. yes she should tow when people park on the curb instead of in a space. I never had a problem parking. I think the office staff is friendly, they remember my name and that makes me feel as though they are my friends vs. my unit number.
