Best Apartment Ever! - I lived here for six years and don't think I ever had a problem that wasn't resolved. I moved out September 1st and it was probably the biggest mistake I have ever made. Rent went up $35 a month I got a welcome letter for being a loyal customer and my rent increases by $35 if I should decide to renew. Last year my rent up by $15, both letters failed to state why the rent was increasing. Also, we now have to give a 60 day notice instead of 30 to inform

Nice place with good people Lived here for 3 years before moving out of state. Good staff and nice community. Only complaint would be the 'thin' walls. It was easy to hear your neighbors on all sides. Overall would definitely recommend.

I have lived here since May 2010 and i love it. The management is very reasonable and easy to work with. They respond quick to maintenance calls and are very concerned with your satisfaction. I couldn't ask for more.. The apartments are very nice, neighbors are great and i feel safe,

Nice spacious apartments. My husband and I have lived here since November of 2008. We have lived in both 2 bedrooms and both are huge. When we have people over they always tell us our apartment is as big as a house because of how spacious it is. The office staff is super nice and for the most part

Worth the extra rent. Just moved in two weeks ago. Staff has been kind and helpful. Rent is higher than average, but the apartments are very nice. Controlled access to buildings is a plus. Next to a park, in a good part of town.

Apartments are very comfortable, very nice staff, big playground attached. However little expensive compared to others (at least either water or gas should have been included in the rent like others. The sound insulation is not adequate being new construction.

Great Place to live My rent is $750, but to rent a washer/dryer from them it is an extra $35. The maintenace staff is great. At times I can hear my neighbors, but nothing that is annoying. I really am enjoying living here.
