THE STAFF. The residents that live here deserve better than what we are getting. The manager is here off and on. You don't know when to catch her if there is a problem you need to talk about. But then again talking is about all she is good at. She can tell you what she thinks you want to hear.

Slum Lords I have lived in these apartments for several years with no problems up until the passed 3 years. We have mantainance men that would rather set in a bar and get drunk then to do the work they are paid to do. work orders take close to a month to be completed and when this happens the job
