Good:

Great parking- I am the type of guy who doesnt lock his car doors and in the 2 years I lived their I never had anything missing from my car. I frequently police drive through the complex casually.

Nice carpet


Bad:

Walls- almost seem paper thin. You can hear people all around you easily.

Maintinence- I had water damage in the winter 2000/2001 and it was still not fixed when I moved out in June more then 6 months later. I also had a drain problem that was never fixed and was termed as acceptable by the maintinence staff. Every time I took a shower I would have atleast 4 inches of water in the tub.
