I've lived in Fox Pointe for over a year now. I haven't really had any problems. I occasionally see a spider, but otherwise I don't have any bugs. The rent is cheap. Only complaint I have is that if I'm not running the fan over the stove while cooking, the smoke detector goes off, but otherwise nothing bad. Maintenance comes and fixes stuff if deemed necessary. It's not really noisy. Occasionally I'll hear my neighbors, but not on a daily basis. I live in a quiet area.
