I've lived in the apartments for 5 months now and they aren't that great. The managment is awful, my neighbors have complained for me opening and closing my balcony door too late at night. My awful neighbor below me complains when I walk through my apartment late at night because my footsteps are too loud. I weigh 165lbs so its not like I can cause much noise. I do not recommend this place. The service you get for the price you pay is awful. The worst part is when you get cable fox pointe will not allow mediacom to drill through walls or ceilings to put cable into the bedrooms. They just will not allow it. Everytime I have called to try to get something fixed they have never returned my calls. I will be leaving for sure when my lease is up.
