I am so annoyed by this place.There are problems everywhere!
As far as the space goes I was really happy in my apartment but that was it.
I dont know why,but whenever my upstairs neighbor walks around in his place it sounds like he is gonna drop threw the ceiling.It is worst in the bathroom,I refuse to use the shower when our neighbor is taking a bath,the sound it makes is just horrifying!I work 3rd shift so therefor try to sleep during the day and it just seems impossible.
The windows.....haa,they are a joke,we might as well not have any at all!in the winter it was like we were heating for nothing because the windows are so thin and unbelievably drafty.You can absolutely hear everything threw the windows.
The rules and restrictions they have are redicolous,might as well live in jail.Every thing has to be their way.we werent even allowed to hang colored curtains because then the exterior's apearance wouldnt look good.......who cares'
when we first moved in we told them that there was a problem with the front door's lock,we had difficulties getting it to unlock.NOTHING was done,and my boyfriends key broke off because of it.who knows what they will charge us for that eventhough we told them there was problem.thats what they do best!take your money!
If you have a pet then you are totally screwed.you are only allowed one,have to pay an extra deposit plus an additional $50 on the rent.Am I the only one who thinks this is rediculous'
when you end a lease early they take all you have,which i am going threw right now.this place is not worth the money you pay.
I wouldnt recommend to move here,not even a person i dont like!
