I moved into a one bedroom apartment in October 2008. I'm only here during the week, Monday through Thursday. The apartment is OK; new carpet was installed before I moved in, and walls were freshly painted. Kitchen and bath are dated, but functional. Rent seems fair for the area. Management has been extremely responsive to the few requests I've had. Maintenance of the exterior of the buildings seems to be fairly constant. Sidewalks are shovelled in a timely manner and lots of salt is put down. There's more than enough parking, and management limits us to two vehicles, no trailers, no motorcycles. I have no complaints.

Yeah give it a few more months. I live by myself and only have one car. The person that lives below me has two people and they both take up the front parking spots and the woman does not know how to park. She takes up two parking spots. I come home at night and have to park in the back. As far as I am concerned I should be able to park up front because I live by myself and the ones that have two persons living in an apartment, one should park in back and one in front. As for doing things in a timely manner. Whatever. I am always waiting 2 to 3 weeks before I get anything done to my apartment!

Management should have assigned parking.
