I lived at this apartment complex for 10 years, and would recommend it. I had a 2BR apartment and each bedroom had a walk-in closet. The apartments are in a safe residential neighborhood, the location is great, and the rent was great for the space. Convenient to downtown Peoria, McCluggage Bridge, Germantown, and Washington. Many tenants were long-term tenants and there were families as well as singles. This is not a new apartment complex with the ammenities of a pool, clubhouse, etc... but the fair rent reflects that. The only drawback is that the kitchen and bathrooms are quite dated.
