Solid place to live - After living in four different apartment complexes in five years or so, I'd have to say that Evergreen Terrace was one of the better experiences. As it is a separate apartment building (as opposed to a large complex), with offsite management, the overall amenities are minimal, but this has proven to be one of the better places I've lived in recent years. Colonnade apartments you can always do better This place is by far the worst i have seen. the apartments i live in are in the back. always noise from trains and people. The staff never come for problems and joyce the property owner is never in. my apartment is horrible. there is black mold

Enjoyed I lived in Evergreen Terrace for 5 years and enjoyed the experience. I moved because of job relocation out of state or I would still be there. I adored the huge closet in the main bedroom. Management was very attentive to my requests and easy to work with.

these apartments were nice when i first moved in. but over the 2 yrs i have lived here, i was 6 months pregnant with my son, and black mold was in the bedroom closet and what did the "maintenance man" do? he brought up a can of white spray paint and just painted over it. a heroin
