This place is the worst place my family and I have ever lived!!!! It's like living in Mexico!! You call to have something repaired and they might as well use duck tape! The maintance staff consists of no knowledge or ability to fix things! If you don't speak spanish then they don't understand you! As far as the office staff, you walk into the office and all you smell is smoke! You walk out and smell like you've been in a bar all night! If you call to file a complaint she does nothing! She doesn't even listen to you! She plays solitaire on the computer and askes you what do you want me to do about it! If you get bugs, it takes at least a week to get a exterminator here! They let themselves in without a representative from the office! Neighbors are extremely rude! NO common curtisy! Throwing parties all week long at all hours! Don't use the pool!! There is no one to take care of it! There isn't any chemicals in it! My son as well as others got exteremly ill! Health department shut it down last summer!!! Parking is another joke! Nobody is safe! More cars have been broken into then not! As well as all the glass in it! Garbage dumpster over piled and furniture along sides of it! I would rathered of lived in a cardboard box! There were also many fights as well as well as nightly visits from police officers to certain buildings! People walking through the hallways waving guns! It's very unsafe for anyone!! Good luck living here!

THIS PLACE SUCKS I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE,I THINK AFGHANISTAN WOULD BE A SAFER PLACE TO LIVE! THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS RUDE,AND DOSEN'T CARE HER ,ALL SHE DOES IS SMOKE HER CIGARETTES,AND SAYS W'ELL FIX IT WHWN WE GET AROUND TO IT AND HER SO CALLED ASSISTANT TELLS YOU THAT IF THEY REPAIR ANYTHING YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR IT! THIS PLACE IS DIRTY,UNSAFE,FALLING APART,AND THE POOL IS NASTY,AND THE EQUIPMENT IN THE SO CALLED EXERCISE ROOM OVER HALF OF IT IS BROKEN BUT THEY WANT YOU TO PAY 50 DOLLARS FOR THE "PRIVELAGE" OF USING BROKEN OUTDATED EQUIPMENT,WHAT A SLUM! DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE A SUBHUMAN!THEY DON'T REMOVE THE SNOW IN THE WINTER,AND THE PARKING LOT IS LIKE A ICE RINK IN THE WINTER,IF YOU COMPLAIN THE MANAGER SHUTS OFF YOUR WATER THEN THREATENS TO FIND A WAY TO EVICT YOU! THIS PLACE IS WORSE THAN LIVING IN A SLUM THE LADY WHO RUNS THIS PLACE IS NOT A MANAGER SHE'S A SLUMLORD! DON'T MOVE HERE ESCPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS IT'S NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR ANYONE, ESCPECIALLY KIDS.
