AFTER THE SNOW AND ICE STORM WE HAD THIS WINTER,THEY DIDN'T SALT THE LOT. THEY PLOWED BUT DIDN'T SALT. IT WAS LIKE A SKATING RINK. I ALMOST FELL 4 TIMES AS DID MY WIFE. THE NEW MANGEMENT"I USE THAT TERM LOOSELY"HERE SUCKS,THEY PAINTED THE PLACE TO MAKE IT LOOK NICE FOR NEW RENTERS, BUT STILL HAVEN'T FIXED ANYTHING. I HAVE STUFF IN MY APARTMENT THAT STILL NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND ALL I GET FROM MANAGEMENT IS WELL GET TO IT AS SOON AS WE CAN. MOST OF THE ISSUES ARE FROM WHEN I FIRST MOVED HEAR 4 YEARS AGO. THIS PLACE SUCKS, THEY RAISED THE RENT,BUT HAVEN'T DONE ---- TO MAKE THIS PLACE BETTER. I HATE THIS PLACE. I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. THE MAINTENANCE GUY SITS IN THE OFFICE ALL DAY WITH HIS THUMB UP HIS ASS. THE SO CALLED MANAGER, IS HARDLY EVER HEAR, EXCEPT FOR RENT WEEK OF COURSE. I'VE LIVED IN SOME BAD PLACES,BUT THIS IS THE WORST. THERE ARE DRUG DEALERS ALL OVER HERE TOO. NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR KID'S,SENIORS, OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER. LIKE I SAID STAY AWAY FROM HERE IT SUCKS HERE!

Hi, I see you have left some comments as recently as 5/23 - I was recently up there and met with the 'new' manager, I was curious if things have improved since she has been there?

i live in this dump lease is almost up drug dealers domestic fighting gang bangers in parking lot garbage strewn every where section 8 kids running through halls welcome to the suburban cabrini green ......
