Upon moving in we were greeted with the INTENSE smell of leaking gas. It took a couple weeks for this to get fixed. SAFTY HAZARD!! The air conditioning was leaking, the bath/shower will NOT drain, the WHOLE appartment smells of cat piss and management (currently property manager ---- ---------- and assistant manager ---- ------) refuses to do anything about the carpet. ---- ------ also screamed at me (i'm a 70yr old senior citizen) when I complained that these things were not fixed upon movin (completely acceptable complaint) she screamed "GET OUT!! GET OUT!! i'm sick of seeing you in here" then the next day she physically assulted (grabbed her arm and pushed her towards the door) my daughter when she went to talk to the management about my situation. WHATS TO STOP HER FROM DOING THAT TO ME OR ANY OTHER TENANT!'!!'
do yourself a favor and DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!

p.s. I'VE ONLY LIVED HERE FOR 3 DAYS SO FAR AND HOPE TO GET THE HELL OUT SOON!!!!!

I agree, the women in the office are trolls,they don't care about the people that live here. the new owner(s) of this place are slum lords.i can't wait to get out of here either.this place sucks. they raised the rent,last year and didn't even open the pool this summer. yet we are still paying for the "privelage" of having a pool. the new maintnence guy is ok, but he needs help,he's the only one doing all the work around here.the trolls in the office,are rude,unless you are a new renter,then once you've fallen into the trap, they are trolls. last winter the parking lot wasn't plowed,and i slipped and hurt my knee,causing me to break my mp3 player,and miss 2 days of work. the parking lot until recently was pitch black at night,and dangerous. my wife and her friend were approached by a drug dealer in the parking lot,this place has many drug dealers working the lot. do yourself a favor,stay away from here.
