The management does not care about its tenants. The heat is not warm enough to meet code requirements, and no one in management seems to care. Residents have to shovel snow and salt sidewalks in order to be safe in the winter. The towing company they use destroyed my boyfriend's car. They don't have working smoke detectors in the common areas. The pool is not open in the summer. It took two summers before I got a new air conditioner. My rent keeps going up, but I don't know what amenities I'm paying for.
