i just moved in last month on a rent special where i get like 50 discount on the regular rent and the utilities are already included. so far its pretty ok all my neighbors keep to themselves and yeah we got some weirdos and drug dealers but for the price im paying i don't mind too much. they don't bother me and i don't bother them. this place is good for now but when my lease is up i definatley plan to upgrade to maybe hunters ridge or canterfield in west dundee..
