I've lived here a while. My minivan got broken into and the thieves stole my stereo. My other minivan's windows got broken 4 seperate times. My tires have been stabbed in the sidewall three times. My cars have been egged twice. A drunk driver hit my minivan once. A person that didn't know how to parallel park hit my car once. Needless to say if you have a car that you care about, you do not want to live here. I begged the management to let me out of my lease when my windows kept getting broken and they basically told me tough. The only way out of the lease is to cough up roughly $1,700.00!!! Looks like they make out pretty good when the thieves and vandals strike. This was once a nice place but not anymore.
