The complex is pretty, during the summer and fall, the winter is another story. The snow removal leaves much to be desired. Some of the neighbors are out of control and when this is reported to the manager she seems unaware and basically clueless. The same applies about fixing things outside. The maintenance inside is decent but we look at the same damaged gutters and broken wood forever. I enjoyed my balcony and the apartment in general especially the washer and dryer. The electric heat in winter was no good. Overall, it's okay but I'm glad we've bought a home and no longer have to listen to the neighbors yell at each other.
