The only person in the office that was nice and friendly is Tracy. She returned calls promptly and tried to help us the best she can. I wouldn't even want to say anything about the others. They seem to ignore our problems and never take care of anything.
There was one time that there was a flood in our closet in the dinning room. It lasted about a full week. They had maintance come out and see what happened. Turns out that the water heater was broken and it flooded into our apartment. Boy, was that a hassel. People was there fixing the pump, faucet, water heater, sewer, you name it. Of course we had no privacy and couldn't do much. My coats and jackets smelled like a garbage can and my boxes full of my values that we didn't unpack was damaged. We couldn't get anything back, had to throw all of it away. They didn't do a thing. My apartment was smelly and we had stains on the walls. It was not even 3 months that we moved in and we had a problem. So, we changed apartments and moved down the hall...
Well, that wasn't the best idea. We had to renew our lease. About another 4 months later we had things stolen from our back porch. Our back porch faced Big Timber and we hear noises from cars, trains, and people that was walking on the sidewalk. And again we couldn't do anything when we've been robbed. Another thing, our bedroom faces the parking lot and there was a lot of loitering there. Until we all around there have complained then there would be cops here and there to check up. But that didn't last...
In general, My family would be caught dead here again.
