So-so to not so good

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I stayed for 2 years while I saved to buy a condo. The first year was fiarly good, but the second was not so good. A very large, fat man moved in to the 2nd story apartment and had a sleeping disorder. He walked back and forth from his bedroom to his bathroom (which was right above mine) from 11:00 PM to 4:30 AM. I tried to work it out with him with no success. Having to bring the complex management into the picture was something I didn't want to do, but I felt that I needed some help. Absolutely nothing was done. The strange thing was that there were several open apartments in the same building, but he wouldn't move.
Nonetheless, towards the end of my lease the property was becoming overriden with young teenagers with loud music and people sitting around the buildings until 1:00 AM on most weekday nights. Loud parties became the norm and the place really began to take a turn for the worse.
If you're looking for peace and quiet, keep looking. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
