I would not recommend this place to my own mother. When I lived there the inside of the apts needed so much work. I didn't hang pictures on the wall because when you close the door the walls shake. You can hear the people below you talking in there apt. When you call the front office about anything they think you are nuts and don't care. I was going to renew my lease but when they sold the management to someone else and they wanted to raise the rent to some God amount. I told them they have lost there mind. I was able to find a 2 bedroom town home for rent lease then this place. They also wanted to charge me some hug deposit for my husband disabilty dogs. We even had paper work showing they were disabilty helping dogs. When you try to make a complaint with the front office they just don't care about you as a person or as a tenant.
I am glad to be out. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE THAT MOVES IN THERE!!!!!!

well dogs do trash apartments. Doesnt matter weather or not they help you you still have to pay for damages YOUR pets do!!

once again, why don't you get your butt of the computer, and take your clients SERIOUSLY!!! If you spent half the time you do responding to these posts, you would not be getting all of these bad reviews. that just shows what kind of employees hunters ridge has!!

Helper dogs aren't pets. Helper dog-s, plural, does sound fishy though. Do they work in shifts? Anyway, a hug deposit doesn't sound bad as long as you get your hug back when you move out.
