Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
After living here for almost two years the ghetto is taking over this complex. Gang bangers in the parking lot doing apparent drug deals, grafitti on the sidewalks, no cross ventilation in the apartments, piles of shoes in the halls, filthy greasy carpet in the halls, all electric heat, and the apartment manager thinks she is Miss America and can do no wrong. Beware, Ghetto!!
