WOW I'm not sure what you mean Brenda is great and everyone at Hunter's Ridge know it. When I moved in I got a copy of my lease a couple of days later. I had one incident that the office staff couldnt resolve. They told me I needed to talk to the Property Manager. Fair enough.

Hunters Ridge is not a bad option to move in for rental apt in Elgin. None of the Leasing office employee is bad at anyone ever. You report your problems to the office and they make sure they get it fixed unless you have some issues of your own, well no one can help then. Property is neat and clean, proper care taken during snow season for driveways and paths and quite some activities all around seasons in community. Just few things I personally don't like are that apts are not centrally air and have only AC in Living room (they should have fan or AC in bedroom too at least) and rent is a bit high for the apt with features available. Still, I wouldn't say that Hunters Ridge is not recommendable.
