The apartments are okay, but they are not newly remodeled as their ads say on Rent.com and other rental sites.
Maintenance is good and the property manager is nice.
I have to add that there are felons living in these townhomes, and there are many gang fights that happen right in fron t f the kids.
The police is always coming back and forth.
If it's up to me, I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
Go visit this place in the summer and you will see for yourself.
I have lived in this complex for over 5 years, and I am moving.
The apartments are nice, but many of the people are "ghetto".

I have lived here before and the property manager, Sue, is the best. The townhomes are very nice and comfortable. I would recommend people to move here.
