I live here now and I hate it. I've been there for only a few months but I am so not looking forward to the summer. The children that run around as if they have no house training and are loud and VERY GHETTO. They hang out on the corners and in the middle of the street so you have to beep to get them to move. This is winter and you have people sitting in there cars with the music blasting. I can only imagine the summer. The garbages are gross. People leave it all over where you can't even walk and put your garbage in the bin. The complex is timely in picking it up but still who wants to live around nasty people. We got notices about roaches and them wanting to exterminate. I don't have any but ewww. I don't do nasty. The house itself is not what they said it was. The basement is a grey concrete hole with no ceiling they could have at least put drywall on it. The living room is kind of tiny, the Kitchen is nice but you know something is wrong with the neighborhood if the patio door comes with a bar so no one can break in. The bedrooms are not the same size one is much smaller than the other but let them tell it they are the same size and the bedroom closets are a joke. For a person that loves clothes and shoes you can't fit anything in there. Good luck. I would not recommend this place at all. Managment sucks in my opinion. They don't communicate very well when there are changes. Oh yeah and the floors creek something horrible. Did I mention the carpeting - it is basement carpet. It is multi color and hard and really horrible. If it was not for my last minute needing to move I would've passed this up very quickly. Did I mention that random people drive there cars on the lawn so it is mud everywhere. they drive right up to there doors and unload groceries and whatever. So you see tire tracks and mud where there should be grass. They were too cheap to even paint properly my 4 year old could have painted this place better. If this is what the remodeld place is supposed to look like I'd hate to see the before. I had a problem with stairs. Still waiting on mateneience to come back to finsh. Tick Tock
