I agree with you about the summer. The kidz are very ghetto and you can hear everything they are saying. They curse alot and they are very loud. Also if you have a neightbor with teens, then all they friends come over and you hear all their talking right at your window. That sucks. The winter is very quiet and so far spring is too.
As far as the trash goes, it hard to get rid of your trash if all the trash is in the walk way. I like the fact that you can have a dog, but I hate to walk my dog because all the kids want to touch my dog. I cant walk my dog in peace.
I had one waterbug in the basement but other then that no bug or roaches, just spiders. I just brought some bug spray myself and sprayed the basement.
