Hmmm...I have been living here for a while, and I guess it's pure laziness that keeps me here. The amount of money that I pay in rent, I could be living in Hoffman Estates. I think that the main problem with this place is that they let anyone with pulse move in. Too many people do not care about their surroundings. Lot's of Section 8 people who have no jobs and all they do is hang around and mind someone's else business. Then you got the neighborhood drug lady with traffic in and out of her house like she 7/Eleven. The kids are the most triffling that I have seen in long time. If you say something to them, they will curse you out. Then they go tell their mother a bunch of mess, then she comes out like her child can do no wrong. The kids are always in front of somebody's house, there is no where for them to play. Then the adults are fighting at all hours of the day about God knows what. To lazy to get their kids from in front of people property. Since the old manager passed away, things have not gotten any better. Now the place is under new management, but I'm wondering just what are they going to do to make this place livable. I started out paying 775 in rent, now I'm paying almost a grand for coming home from work to the hot GHETTO MESS in front of my house. Some of the neighbor's are friendly, but there are other always watching you as you go and come, and gossiping. The trash is a problem! Regardless of how many times the notices go out, triffling people keep it looking like this is the projects. Right now, me and my girl are looking to find someplace else, especially with more respectable people. I would say move here if it's a desperate situation, but if you got choices---sit down and look at the whole picture. Drive by at various times and take a look at all the kids and ask yourself, is this the place for me' They don't have roaches, and they make it look real pretty and clean when you move in---but this is got to be one of the oldest properties in the area and there is NO remodeling going on at all.
