This place is nice - When I first moved in the 717 building I was surprised. Having been here years ago to pick up a friend, this place was so ghetto. As hands have changed, (and from what I've been told, management did also), I think they have found a good combination. Buena Vista Buena Vista AKA mill has inproved so much. The office staff really has there eyes open on everthing that is going on. The Drugs and gangs have really moved out the work closley with the EPD and gang units.

Sue, the property manager is great! I would recommend moving here. Sue was a great property manager when I lived there. You can call maintenance 24 hours per day, and parking is adequate. I was very satisfied while living there, and only moved due to my job relocation.
