Was originally decent as an apartment, but I would never want to buy it as a condo. The buildings need a lot of work and upgrades. Leaky roofs, squirrels making a home in the crawl space and were there for months!!!, windows and doors need insulating, landscaping is the pits, and no one tells you when there is work going to be done until the work has already started. Really disappointed how downhill it went. Won't be renewing my lease and I wouldn't recommend anyone buy the units. It's going to be costly to repair.
