My family and I are very happy at Carroll Square Apartments. Its quiet, well maintained and comfortable. My landlords are wonderful and they respond very quickly when needed. The rent is very reasonable, the neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend Carroll Square Apartments.
As for the other ratings about the chalk, bikes and toys, parents should be supervising their children and cleaning up after them, not letting them run amuck destroying property and leaving their bikes and toys all over the courtyard.
If I came home to find chalk scribbled all over the property that I live in I would be very upset. I care what my home looks like.
