Good Points; Good sized master bedrooms, the other bedrooms are smaller though. Spacious kitchen and living room. Large parking lot and underground parking available. They also have 2 large outdoor pools that are nice-but the hours the pools are open are strange. Maintenance crew is pretty good, (but dont be walking around naked too often, Ive had them walk right into my bedroom while Ive been laying there asleep with my door closed.) Staff is friendly and tries to be of help. Extra storage is on every other level, and laundry facilities are on the opposite floors. Trash shutes are also on every floor which is very convenient.

Bad Points; The reason why I am getting ready to move out is because of the children that live in my building. They constantly play in the building...running up and down the halls, sitting in the hallways in front of your door eating and acting abnoxious. The have broken windows, ripped the secured front door of the building entrance, and pulled the fire alarm up to 4 times/day (which then cant be turned off until the fire dept. arrive. Honestly- you hear the alarms at least 5 times a week, sometimes more and it has been as late as 3 a.m. These kids are very destuctive and noisy. Letters have been sent out to the residents in our building about the unruly children- yet nothing has happened. The kids play on the elevator non-stop...so its usually doesnt work too often. The area is somewhat ghetto. Many different ethnic groups live here. Office hours are terrible. They close at 5 pm, just when everyone is getting off of work. Laundry cards are needed to wash clothes, and to put money on your card, you need access to the office. Many times I end up having to take my laundry somewhere else because the office isnt open to put money on the card.
