I have lived here for a year and have never seen a worse ant/spider problem. I believe that Hamilton court apartments has tried to solve this problem "ie: pest control" but maybe they might have been talking about the kids in the apartments that love to set off fire alarms and throw mud on cars/windows. Maybe there are alot of spiders because they eat the ants, but i have seen alot of those spiders throughout the chicagoland area.
